Flavors of France Returns to Brindille
In celebration of Brindille’s 12th anniversary, we are delighted to announce the return of our beloved Flavors of France tasting menu—a culinary journey through the remarkable regions of France. Beginning Tuesday, May 9, Chef Carrie Nahabedian invites you to experience a monthly five-course tasting menu, each one inspired by the distinctive character, cuisine, and charm of a different French region. From the lush countryside to the rugged coastlines, every menu will tell a story—of place, of season, and of tradition.

Private Cooking Classes
With years of experience crafting unique and flavorful dishes, Chef Carrie is proud to offer classes on creating a complete menu. From appetizer to dessert, you will have the chance to ask questions while tasting along the way! The pastry class portion is hosted by the renowned Chef Craig Harzewski! With his easygoing style and willingness to teach you a great recipe, even those who are terrified of making desserts for dinner parties will be put right at ease.
You will be taught a menu for a dinner party suitable for your home entertaining. Most likely three courses including dessert. We generally do three courses, but sometimes we receive requests for a dish that is heavily detailed with techniques and we need to adjust for time. Menu packets will be provided.
Don't worry about taking too much time—feel free to take breaks and enjoy complimentary coffee, tea, water or soft drinks during your session. We've got aprons ready for use but if it's more comfortable, we can provide chef coats as well (just no open-toed shoes!). During the class you'll prepare an amazing menu perfect for home entertaining that will give any future dinner party guests something truly special!
Time + Pricing
Classes are from 9a—12p in the kitchen. At approximately 12 noon, you will sit in our dining room and have a wine luncheon with pairings chosen by Michael Nahabedian. He will happily engage you with any wine or service questions you may have. You will dine on the menu that you were just taught in the kitchen and at 1:30pm you will be finished!
$250pp inclusive. (You can book as many spots as are available).

PRIVATE TASTINGS, DINNERS + CELEBRATIONS
Host your next holiday event at Brindille for an evening of decadent French Cuisine in an intimate setting. The restaurant is available for private parties Tuesday-Saturday, beginning at 5pm. Brindille is also available to accommodate private parties on Sundays and Mondays for full restaurant buy-outs only. Holiday celebrations and luncheon dates are available on request.
