Chef Carrie Nahabedian's French Afternoon Tea services are decadent events with notable hosts and enough sweets to make anyone smile. This special service includes a selection of exotic teas, scones, crumpets and jam, pastries, finger sandwiches, and more. Tea service is $65 per person (tax + tip not included) and seating begins at 1:45p.

Coming Summer 2018, Brindille will feature the cuisine and wines of a specific region in France. Over the past few years, Chef Carrie has explored the style, beauty and distinctive cuisines throughout France in a five-course tasting menu. For the upcoming season, our "Flavors of France" menu will return to Provence to explore the French Riviera. Menus features five courses ($115/per guest) + optional wine pairings ($175/per guest.)


Private Cooking Classes With Chef Carrie NAHABEDIAN

The Brindille cooking class and wine luncheon series continues! Get up close and personal with Chef Carrie Nahabedian as she guides guests through a course in French cooking. Together you'll work with Carrie to execute a three course dinner party menu, which you'll enjoy with fellow guests and one of Craig Harzewski's desserts. Feast on dishes you've prepared yourself and learn a bit about fine wine and spirits from Brindille co-owner, Michael Nahabedian. Class size is limited to eight people and private classes are available for private bookings. Each guest will leave with a booklet of recipes and an exceptional day of education in French cooking from a James Beard award winning Chef!
