Get behind the line with Chef/Owner Carrie Nahabedian as she demonstrates the preparation of each course of a dinner party, doling out nuggets of culinary wisdom along the way. Executive Pastry Chef, Craig Harzewski steps in to assist and teach the sweet finishes as well, with tricks of the trade to take home for your next home attempt. The experience is casual and intimate, watching Chef prepare a menu that you can recreate for loved ones. After the lesson, participants will settle in the Brindille dining room for a private three-course meal complete with beautiful wine pairings. Each guest also receives all recipes and instructions for the dishes made during the class.
