WINE + COCKTAILS
The Brindille Wine List will be an ever-evolving walk through the regions of France while dabbling in other Old World and Domestic Appellations.
Our classic cocktails frequently feature small-batch distillers and classic service with modern twists.
FLAVORS OF FRANCE
Each month Brindille features the cuisine and wines of a specific region in France. Over the past few years we have explored the style, beauty and distinctive cuisines throughout France in a five-course tasting menu. For the upcoming autumn/winter season, and New Year's Eve, our "Flavors of France" menu will explore the culinary beauty of the Loire Valley. This menu will be unveiled at Thanksgiving, featuring five courses ($115/per guest), with optional wine pairings ($175/per guest). In addition, Chef will also offer the following additions to service: a five course chef menu for $125 (wine pairings / $55) and an eight course tasting menu for $175 (wine parings / $100).
