Pastry Chef Craig Harzewski's desserts incorporate fresh, seasonal components from local and regional farmer's markets with unique style and execution.
FRENCH AFTERNOON TEA
Chef Carrie is launching another round of tea service, and this year she’s including some notable partners, including our upcoming service with Carol Ross Barney, architect behind the Chicago Riverwalk on Thursday, November 30 @ 2p-5p. Our classic cocktails frequently feature small-batch distillers and classic service with modern twists.
FLAVORS OF FRANCE
Each month Brindille features the cuisine and wines of a specific region in France. Over the past few years we have explored the style, beauty and distinctive cuisines throughout France in a five-course tasting menu. For the upcoming autumn/winter season, and New Year's Eve, our "Flavors of France" menu will explore the culinary beauty of the Loire Valley. This menu will be unveiled at Thanksgiving, featuring five courses ($115/per guest), with optional wine pairings ($175/per guest). In addition, Chef will also offer the following additions to service: a five course chef menu for $125 (wine pairings / $55) and an eight course tasting menu for $175 (wine parings / $100).
